I believe very passionately that we all chose to be here, at this time for a purpose. One of my souls purpose is to guide, to be a wayfarer for spiritual explorers, for those seeking the answers to the deeper questions of life.
I’ve been referred to as your straight-talking spiritual big sister, I love Astrology, find the Moon and her messages fascinating yet I’m a pretty no-nonsense, grounded but very spiritual and intuitive person. My interesting mix of Virgo practicality and Aquarian individuality make for a very grounded approach to spirituality.
From an early age I connected with the Angelic Kingdom, and, as my connection to my soul deepened, so did my connection with the Elementals and multi-dimensional beings. I’ve channelled dragons, masters, angels and more to bring through messages and knowledge for my clients.
My sessions are intuitive, we might use Astrology, Numerology, Mindset, Meditation, Gene Keys, Crystals, Affirmations, Journalling as well as connecting with your guides, whatever dimension they reside in. Each session unfolds to bring you what you need at this point in time to advance your soul and connect you with your deep, inner wisdom and higher self.

What is Spiritual or Soul Coaching?
It can be difficult in this world at times to know where you’re going and how to get there. Life is a continual journey and there can be many bumps in the road, many high points and also times when we all need a compass. Times when we stand at a crossroads with no clue as to which direction to move in.
Personal and spiritual growth is about questioning. About not just getting through the difficulties, the challenges and the bumps without also learning the lessons that the Universe is sending you. It’s about having the right foundations, the right mindset, the strength of your beliefs and the right people around you supporting and encouraging you. It’s not about avoiding those bumps in the road, but about knowing how you best navigate them. Knowing, accepting, loving yourself, trusting your inner wisdom and finding your place in this sometimes crazy world.

You don’t need to be especially ‘woo - woo’ to work with me, but if you’re looking for a grounded, caring, spiritual, connected coach who walks her talk, thinks outside the box and finds answers in unexpected places, and has experienced many of those bumps in the road then let’s talk.
When we understand who we are on a deep, inner level, when we realise that we are all connected, when we live a life of purpose, we understand the rhythms of the Universe and can find the answers we seek within our selves. My purpose here is not to give you the answers but to provide tools and techniques that will teach you the way. To guide, lead and show you your own life path and give you the map so that you can truly live a soul led life.
Where might you Find me?
My Virgo soul craves the outdoors so you’re more likely to find me in walking boots, with my camera, my gorgeous fur baby Flynn beside me tramping across moors or connecting with the energy of sacred sites, reading the signs that appear along the way.
If that’s not possible my other place is sat, journal & pen in hand in my garden, a space created from scratch to be a soulful space, or with a book lost in a world of esoteric knowledge & growth.
My introvert, empath soul loves time alone to recharge & re-connect to soul. Deep conversations are my thing. Crystals surround me wherever I go & nature is my go to place, always.
