All of my emails include an unsubscribe button should you wish to stop hearing from me.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

Personal Information: If you are working with me on a one-to-one basis the information I collect via the website will be your name, email address, birth date and where applicable phone number. In group your name, email address and information about your business such as your business name, website address, the nature of your work and file notes from our sessions together.

This website uses Internet cookies such as the Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics. Internet cookies log information about your visit to this site such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and your Computers IP address.

3. WHEN IS PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED ABOUT YOU?

I collect personal data when you:

– subscribe to my newsletter,

– purchase or use one of my products or services,

– interact with me in person, through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through my website,

The collection of personal data is based on consent from the subscriber. Personal data of subscribers will be transferred to and processed by MailChimp. MailChimp is one of our processors and collects and stores personal data.

4. WHY DO COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is collected for purposes including:

  • for keeping a record of our work together;

  • identifying and understanding your needs;

  • to contact and communicate with you;

  • for market research, business development, Facebook marketing and email updates;

  • to customise, improve and ensure proper functioning of my Site.

5. HOW LONG DO I KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

I store personal data for as long as I find it necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was collected. When the personal data that I have collected is no longer required, I will delete it in a secure manner. For any Purchases this will be within 7 days of the order being deemed complete and accepted. For Services this will be once our work together is completed, again within 7 days.

I may be required to disclose personal information:

  • for the purpose of providing services to customers;

  • to credit reporting agencies and courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities where customers fail to pay for goods or services provided by us to them;

I only do this if the third party has agreed to comply with the standards in our Privacy Policy.

We may use information obtained from cookies for, among other things, the operation of the Service, to maintain the quality of the Service, to provide general statistics regarding use of the Service and for other business purposes. We may also use web beacons on this Site from time to time. In the event we (or Squarespace) undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our (or Squarespace’s) assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes here so that you may opt out of the new information practices. We suggest that you check this Privacy Policy periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Choice and Consent: Providing me with your personal information is optional to you. You can choose not to provide personal information. When you provide me with your personal information, you consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. I may refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

Correction: You have the right to correct personal information that I hold about you, including information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. I rely in part upon customers advising us when their personal information changes. I will respond to any request within a reasonable time. I will endeavour to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Complaints: If you believe that we have breached GDPR and wish to make a complaint about that breach, please contact us at the email address listed at the start of the Privacy Policy, setting out details of the breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you in writing within 4 weeks, setting out the outcome of our investigation, what steps we propose to take to remedy the breach and any other action we will take to deal with your complaint.

10. STORAGE & SECURITY

I take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected from you is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment. All data collection is digital, there are no printed or written copies.

All personal data is secured firstly via password protection on my computer terminal and then by password protection via online access points such as MailChimp, Google Docs, Google Drive or other applications that are necessary to provide our best service.  

No information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

With regard to any payments for products or services all our payments are via third party providers such as Stripe or PayPal and we do not collect or hold any information pertaining to your financial payment method. These payments are subject to the Privacy Policy of the relevant Third Party.

11. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third-party website accessed by selecting a link via our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. 14. HOSTING

Our Service is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Squarespace’s servers. By using the Service, you consent to Squarespace’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with Squarespace’s privacy policy.
